It may take weeks or even months for a potential client to pluck up the courage to make an initial phone call to the Centre and we are aware that every effort must be made to minimise this anxiety. With this in mind all calls are answered during working hours thereby eliminating the need to leave a message. This is particularly important for those who have recently had surgery and may find speech difficult.
All prospective clients are invited to visit the Centre for an initial consultation. This enables them to find out where we are, meet one of the team and become familiar with the premises.
Time is allocated to fill in the necessary questionnaire and forms so that we are fully aware of an individual’s circumstances and needs. We can then discuss which therapies may be beneficial.
